To preserve, develop and promote an understanding and appreciation of the Philippine cultural heritage, enhance awareness and appreciation of diversity,  and provide a positive venue for development of personal and leadership skills.

  1. •To provide a supportive and positive learning environment in which young people learn the spirit of “Bayanihan”, the embodiment of the Philippine custom of working together to achieve the goal.

  2. •To channel youthful energy away from drugs and crime.

  3. •To fulfill the basic needs of social interaction, self-expression and self-fulfillment through dance and music.

  4. •To provide an engaging break from academic pressures and demands.

  5. •To strengthen family unity and form lifetime friendships.
